Thing to know when we wanna go back to natural

Pelo Procesado o Alisado:
 El pelo que procesamos o alisamos no es recuperable. Triste pero cierto, el alisado maltrata de tal manera al pelo, principalmente si la hebra es fina, que una vez terminado el proceso cambia totalmente la estructura del pelo y no importa cuantos tratamiento profundos, productos que ayudan a rizar el pelo o aceites usemos no volverá a tener su forma original.

Processed Hair:

The hair that we process or is not recoverable. Sad but true, chemical abuse of the hair is so bad, especially if the thread is fine, that once completed the process completely changes the structure of hair and no matter how many deep treatment products  or oils we useit wont return to its original shape.

Dano por Calor:
con esto me refiero a como el pelo va progresivamente perdiendo su forma debido a secarnos con blower frecuentemente. Muchas personas dejan de alisarse pero se mantienen "peinados" estirando su pelo con blower y esto al igual que el alisado solo que menos agresivamente, debilita la hebra.

Heat Damage
I am referring to as the hair gradually losing its shape due to frequently dry off with blower . Many people stop processing their hair but  keep their hair "fixed" by blow drying and iron straightening, less aggressively, but certainly weakens the strand.

HOW TO FIX IT


Transicion:
Es ir estilizando el pelo mientras lo dejamos crecer y poco a poco ir cortando el pelo danado, asi no tenemos que cortarlo todo si no estamos a gusto con el pelo corto y preferimos mantener cierta longitud.

Transition: 
Is styling the hair while leaving it grow and go slowly cutting the damaged hair, so we dont have to cut it all off,  if we are not comfortable with short hair and prefer to maintain some length.

Gran Corte:
o big chop, no es mas que cuando decidimos cortar todo el remanente de cabello procesado o danado por planchar o estirar nuestro cabello.

Big Chop
it is to cut all that damaged and processed hair off and enjoying the new growing and healthy hair that is about to come.

este fue mi big chop, ya tenia aprox. 6 meses sin darle calor, pase de corto por los hombros a esto. No podia determinar el crrecimiento debido a que constantemente usaba el pelo liso. // This was my big chop after 2 years transitioning and 6 month heat free. I wanst able to see the growth because of the heat damage.
